SprintArc is sprint training for Apple Watch. You run the sprints. It runs the session.

Before you write

Pairing. SprintArc trains with Apple Watch. Pair a Watch to get started; sessions run on the Watch, and the iPhone app shows readiness and the Notebook.

Health permissions. SprintArc reads and writes through Apple Health. Each permission is yours to grant or revoke in the Health app.

Purchases. Seven days. Everything unlocked. When the week is up, the app locks until you unlock it — one purchase, no subscription. If you have already purchased on another device, use Restore Purchases in the iPhone app’s Settings.
